The challenge

A large EHR platform faced latency and maintainability issues while needing to scale across thousands of providers.

What I built

I resolved critical defects and latency issues, introduced NCache for caching and scalability, built Avaya call-recording services integrated with an Angular portal, and led the migration from .NET to .NET Core 3.1 with Angular upgrades.

The result

Significantly improved responsiveness and maintainability for an EHR used by 40,000+ providers across 70+ medical specialities in all 50 US states.
